DESIGN NAME: Colmo Ai Home
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Terminal Image Design
INSPIRATION: Inspired by Mont Blanc, the tallest mountain of the Alps and the birthplace of COLMO, the project follows the brand positioning featuring high end and intelligence to meet the needs of its target group.
The whole house intelligent high end family scenario constructed by the full range of products of the same brand brings users an interactive one step consumption experience, so as to offer them macro, comprehensive consumption options.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the first whole house intelligent family scenario experience center worldwide, this project, based on the brand positioning, story and design concept, achieves the perfect integration of AI household appliances and modern home space from minimalist colors, multiple materials, visual elements and other aspects, and builds a super scenario which intelligently links the whole home, providing elite customers with a solution to full scene smart life.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project extracts the triangle symbol M from COLMO and applies it to the spatial layout, which forms an extended visual effect to spur customers to explore the space and optimizes the traffic flow to enriches user experience.
The central air-conditioning control system that links other appliances of the same brand, together with the construction of a themed whole house intelligent scenario, provides an intelligent and convenient interactive experience for users.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project was designed and developed in Hangzhou in December, 2020. It was launched and displayed in the headquarters of COLMO, Guangzhou, in May, 2021.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Based on the concept of the New Bauhaus, this project is designed with a simple style and integrates wisdom into living.
The comparison and combination of different materials including marble, metal and glass enrich the space, which also leads to a more layered visual and tactile experience.
Considering productfeatures and spatial layout, the project utilizes concave and convex, dislocation, etc. to subtly separate the space when keeping spatial and visual continuity.

CHALLENGE: As the first whole house intelligent family scenario experience center worldwide, this project sheds the independent combination pattern of traditional household appliance experience commercial space, and adopts the distributed wire drive technology to construct an integrated ideal life scenario intelligently linking appliances of the same brand, realizing a themed scenario, emotional interaction and intelligent whole house to bring users at home a practical intelligent interactive experience.
