DESIGN NAME: The 31st Golden Melody Awards Trailer
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ceremony Promo Video
INSPIRATION: At the beginning of the trailer, everything seems to melt down through the inverted lens, scene by scene until the source of the Golden Melody trophy, and when the last moment of the inversion is approaching, start fast-forward playback with the inversion, so that the original dissolution is reversed into diffusion and Flow, ingeniously elicits two different viewing experiences.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The trailer opens with a Golden Melody trophy melting down, signifying that with the coming and going of generations, the Golden Melody Awards is breaking with conventions, reformulating and reconstructing every possibility anew. Like water, it seeps into every land, providing newfound nourishment in the cycle of rebirth; it spreads like a ripple, exerting its intangible and ever-renewing influence.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Golden Melody Awards is Taiwan’s annual grand music awards ceremony, and we made a leading video trailer for this 31st session of the ceremony.
With the 31st Golden Melody Awards, which is also a generation from 0 to 1. We have tried different changes from the past.
Scenes that switch scenes symbolize different music styles, and each type of music deserves to be affirmed.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: started in May 2020 and finished in August 2020 in Taiwan, and was launched in August 2020

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The opening through the melting of the Golden Melody Trophy also symbolizes that the Golden Melody Award is no longer confined to the frame of the past after turning into the next generation.
A total of 29 awards, divided into 9 categories, we condense them and define the feature of each category in a scene that jumps to one scene.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The Golden Melody Award is an important indicator of Chinese pop music. Different styles of creative media also represent that each kind of music can be recognized.
