PRIMARY FUNCTION: Digital Platform
INSPIRATION: The energy issue, as a never ending topic, has received worldwide attention. The design team believes that the existing energy sources should be fully utilized while seeking new energy, both aiming to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and optimize energy utilization. Thus, the platform is launched, with the purpose of helping the manufacturing industry optimize energy consumption and fully save energy efficiency bill, unattended and safe operation and maintenance.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is a digital energy management platform built on a cloud platform, designed to optimize energy rationing and improve energy utilization in the manufacturing industry. Based on cloud algorithms and AI, it is able to monitor, analyze and optimize complex energy systems, thereby facilitating control by replacing people with machines. It can also reduce carbon emissions of manufacturing by 10-30 percent, thus changing the status quo of serious carbon emissions in the manufacturing industry.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It provides a clear strategy instruction, an intuitive UI and comprehensive function, which conform to the operation habits of managers, reduce study threshold, and facilitate intuitive monitoring, remote regulation and dispatching. Full-process digital management, information pushing, automatic response and deals with abnormalities, without manual monitoring or data collection. It eliminates the impacts that the environments have on humans, and can inspect the environment in a contactless way.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The product was developed in Jiangsu, China in September 2021, and also launched here in March 2022.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Data and analysis results are visualized with the help of clear, easily understood graphics, such as a GIS map of the industrial site, and animated 2.5D modelling of technical equipment and machinery. In addition, the humanized dark mode design provides users with comfortable visual effects and ensures better readability in poorly lit surroundings.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In 2021, carbon dioxide emissions caused by human activities reached by 36.3 billion tons. As a major manufacturing country, China ranks first in carbon emissions, of which the manufacturing industry accounts for over 80 percent of the carbon emissions of the country. To find ways to reduce emissions in the industry, it is necessary to accurately analyze and measure the influencing factors that prompt the increase of carbon emissions in each link, so as to restrict in a target way.
CHALLENGE: Together with AI algorithms and actual operation data, it makes AI optimize energy parameter, improve energy utilization, and fully save energy efficiency bill. Compared with traditional energy management platforms, it pays more attention to terminal user energy-saving behaviors. Besides being rapidly and massively replicated, applied, and promoted in the manufacturing industry, it can be used on the existing equipment energy saving, thus reducing carbon emissions in industrial manufacturing.
