PRIMARY FUNCTION: Smart Workshop Operation Platform
INSPIRATION: EpicHust smart workshop operation platform is an intelligent production line operation platform with AI and IoT technology as the cornerstone. In this platform, users can further split the production view into multiple views such as planning, logistics, order execution, equipment, etc., providing clear expressions for the presentation of complex indicators. At the same time, the system can realize intelligent scheduling based on production process information and improve the efficiency of closed loop from problem discovery to solution.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The product provides users with a four-level operation visualization system, which can help users solve problems of opaque production process and reduce production risk. This product has 4 views: planning, logistics and order traceability, and device, with each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The product reasonably disassembles the production process according to business logic and presents the production process in four levels of content. Users can view the overall production situation in the overview view and focus on different production stages in 4 views. Each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in November, 2022 in Beijing and finished in February, 2023 in Beijing.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Through 3D modeling, the production process, logistics process, and production line workstations are simulated and analyzed. In order to facilitate the user's operation, the product has considered the design of the interface in all aspects, including the operation mode, interaction mode, and operation flow. In terms of visual design, attention is paid to color matching to ensure the overall effect of the interface is beautiful and comfortable. In terms of chart visualization, attention is paid to data charts that are intuitive, clear and easy to understand.
