OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: An efficient surgical cockpit for surgeon, used for navigation of surgical tools and implants for open or percutaneous spinal surgery.

90% of the materials of NS100 can be recycled, 40% of materials were recycled, including plastic shell and metal structural parts.
NS100 also applied Eco-Packaging, including reusable transport case and metal fasteners.
Patented self-healing and antibacterial coating, allowing less use of disposable sterile plastic bags and excessive disinfection during operation, reducing the probability of medical waste.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Hundreds of stakeholders were surveyed.Applied in-depth function analysis of competitors,patent layout analysis and protection.
Surgical robot is a new industry,products are scarce. Existing products can’t meet needs of primary care:expensive to purchase and use,need additional 3D imaging device to start robotic surgery.
Large size affect surgical space,cause safety hazards,only fit for large operating room.
Appearance is hard to clean, and easy to be damaged by collision in poor usage environment
CHALLENGE: -Budget:
Top hospital has experienced surgeons,superb resource,require robot has top-level performance.Existing robots has to work with costly 3D X-ray/CT.
Primary care has limited medical and budget resource,require relatively good scheme with cost advantage.NS100 provides decent plan to both user.
-Size:
Large robot takes surgeons’ surgical space&disturb Operation Room devices and staff:safety hazards+low efficiency.
-Coating easy damaged by collision,hard to clean
