| DESIGN NAME: Aurora PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mobile Phone Disinfection Box INSPIRATION: According to our research, it is found that a lot of bacteria will be produced on mobile phones as the necessities of us, some of which are our own and some of which are others. In particular, the bacteria in the air can easily adsorb on the mobile phone due to the touch of things by the hands in the public environment.However, the more terrible thing is that people rarely disinfect mobile phones, so mobile phones become a hotbed of bacteria. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The 2 types of sterilization boxes compose of Aurora series products, N1 has high-intensity ultraviolet rays. The UV disinfection and mobile phone all-round wipe cleaning functions can be provided by M1. According to various demands, we can apply Aurora series products in homes, public places, medical institutions and other places. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: He ultraviolet disinfection for the front and back of the mobile phone can be provided by N1, in which the high-intensity ultraviolet radiation is constituted by the 12 Uvc Leds inside. In the opening of N1, it contains a lifting platform with a motor, so that the platform can move down and inhale the mobile phone for ultraviolet disinfection when the user puts the mobile phone into the opening. After finishing, it will lift up the phone to restore, which works like the a toaster. With 2 motor-driven cleaning cloth components, M1 can wipe and clean the front and back of the mobile phone after it is placed in. In addition, the 2 Uvc Leds containing in M1 inside can clean the phone and the cleaning cloth. Besides, people can take out the cleaning cloth component separately for cleaning. According to our research, it is found that a lot of bacteria will be produced on mobile phones as the necessities of us, some of which are our own and some of which are others. CHALLENGE: Disinfection of the front and back of mobile phones is equally important. In many cases, the disinfection box on the market can only disinfect one side. It's troublesome to open the cover manually. Many mobile phone covers are opaque, which will bring inconvenience to answering the phone and affect the use. However, N1 can easily solve these problems by using the shape of the upward opening. The flexible structure can fix the cleaning cloth components of M1, which can ensure to be suitable for the phone thickness of 7mm~14mm on the premise of completely fitting to the mobile phone. The cleaning cloth is driven by a motor can realize automatic cleaning without human intervention. We can also take out the M1 cleaning cloth components separately for cleaning or replacement, so as to ensure the cleaning efficiency.
