INSPIRATION: In the post epidemic era, how to realize the harmonious coexistence of the ideal of human settlements and nature has become a new focus. Starting from the concept of the future landscape city, Ocean Luo extracts the image resonance of "cloud" and "watching the tide" while creating the scene, and extends the imagination of life through immersive space experience, opening a new chapter for the city of Zhuhai.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Sales Center is on the 43rd floor of the Huafa Hengqin International Finance Building,which is the highest building in Zhuhai-Macao with a height of 339 meters. Starting from the concept of the tide rise, Ocean Luo combines the style and humanity of the venue of the international capital, highlights the image of the seascape and the sky outside the venue into it, absorbs and blends it, deliberately creates a different space covered by white clouds and the sky, bringing visitors a visual f
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The atmosphere of the whole space and the height of 339 meters together create a feeling of being accompanied by white clouds. The breeze ripples on the river surface. The design focuses on highlighting the unique visual focus of the location. The concept of simplicity comes first, and it is free from the tediousness of form and material, Parallel cities and living lifestyles, highlighting the city cover of the Bay Area.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started on March 2021 in Guangzhou and finished on November 2021 in Zhuhai .

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The space superimposes highly complex multi-format scenes. The metal lines in the shape of the wall are relatively complex, and high-purity marble parquets are used to pave the ground to form a fashionable space with both luxurious taste and strong modern flavor.
