| DESIGN NAME: Future Forest PRIMARY FUNCTION: Serviced Apartment INSPIRATION: Generation Z gathered to form a immersion, experience, interaction with layers of community culture, to promote the development of rent the apartment rental model. Therefore, Ocean Luo extracted the concept of 24-hour living theater, and solved the diverse rental needs of Generation Z in the city from multiple dimensions, such as impression design, life scene and community building, and interpreted a journey full of reality and the future. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located in Guangzhou, which is the key development project of Vanke. Based on Generation Z becomes the main force of consumption, Ocean Luo takes the metaphorical concept of theatre as the design focus, focusing on the consumption insights of the city and people, take the Little Bolu of Port Apartment's brand IP and the MASA set according to the scene run through the corner of the space, to become a gathering place for the future living community. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Dynamic demand changes are in line with the interests of The Times, trying to creatively break through the trend code among young people, using red, blue, green, yellow and other eye-catching strong color painting, through color collision and block surface combination, so as to deconstruct the individuality of the changeable life show. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the face of new generation youth daily consumption scenarios preferences, space will overlay, a highly complex multiple formats setting in a linear layers and metal, acrylic material, composition of minimalist aesthetics principles, elements and the form of let apartment can become a new generation home in the city, more can become their share of fun social space.
