RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The team have studied different autoclave methods to produce this very special frame. 36 different attempts where made to get the right stiffness, durability and lightness to the frame. We ended up using a layer of kevlar and 2 layers of carbon to give the frame ultimate lightness and at the same time unbreakable stiffness
CHALLENGE: The teams research is based on insights from end consumers. The end consumers was missing a holistic designed electric bike in the market. Normally electric bikes are not that beautiful. You will see external battery boxes. External motors and external cables. But in our Buddy case all is extremely well integrated.
