| DESIGN NAME: Photon Mono X 6K PRIMARY FUNCTION: 3D Printer INSPIRATION: Photon Mono X 6K is an industry-leading and consumer-grade 3D printer. The overall appearance design adopts a minimalist design technique, and the color matching adopts the black, white and gray design. Fully enclosed chassis structure& detachable cover, with heat preservation effect, can print more high temperature consumables and also prevent users from being hurt by UV. The overall shape is magnificent and stylish, which is the best choice for users to perform 3D printing. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: There are HD pixel and high-resolution with 20 million pixels in Photon Mono X 6K that can take full care of every detail with real feeling, which is 125% higher than the peer products. Its printing speed is as high as 8cm per hour, and 40 bright LED lamp beads. Photon Mono X 6K can be connected to the exclusive APP- Anycubic 3D for remote control through WI-FI. Users can directly make various settings on the phone and control the printing progress in real time. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Through the optical simulation design, the LlighTurbo optical solution with the best effect is matched. Reliable heat dissipation design and long-term high temperature experiments ensure that the light source decays very slowly. The life of the light source far exceeds expectations. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project took about half a year from development to design. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Photon Mono X 6K is equipped with the highest contrast screen. High contrast and high light transmittance can achieve1:1 reduction degree. Under high-speed printing, the model can still keep angular. At the same time, in order to protect the screen better, this product adds a special and replaceable anti-scratch film on the screen. A variety of protections allow users to use it more relieved and assured, enhancing the users' experience.The product adopts flame-retardant materials- ABS & PC, with strong performance like V0 class fireproof, anti-fall and waterproof. The excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance of ABS& PC can prolong the Photon Mono's life. They are degradable after being scrapped, aiming to contribute to the long-term sustainable development of the world. Photon Mono X 6K is equipped with a power protection device and has the protection function of continuous printing in case of power outage. It will automatically save and protect when the power is cut off. After the power restores, the printing command will be continued automatically, achieving seamless connection, which saves time and materials without worry about the unexpected power outage during printing process.
