PRIMARY FUNCTION: Environmental Enzyme Machine
INSPIRATION: The traditional incineration of kitchen waste will generate a lot of carbon dioxide. Compared with composting, making waste into Eco-enzyme can be used for deodorization, sterilization, etc, and the residue produced by fermentation can also be used as fertilizer after drying. The family has produced many conveniences and is also in line with the sustainable development trend.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Eco-enzyme made from kitchen waste can be used for eliminate odors and composting cultivation. Due to its crude production method, it is difficult to promote them from rural China to cities. "Ecopace" integrates the pain points in the production process of Eco-enzyme, intelligently and simplifies the production process. Its water circulation system is convenient for the storage and removal of enzymes, and the generated residues can be taken out from the side and used as fertilizer.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Pour the peels, vegetables and suitable sugar water from the top according to the prompts on the screen. During the first month of fermentation, the machine will remind the machine to discharge gas and stir automatically every day. After three months of fermentation, Enzymes will flow from the fermenting area into the tank, the residue will be filtered by the screen layer and can be taken out from the side.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Wuhan in November 2021 and completed in Wuhan in January 2022

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The shell is made of stainless steel material to minimize the cost, and the ABS injection molding process is used to make the container inside to ensure the long-term storage of environmental protection enzymes.
