| DESIGN NAME: Huafa Seasons Peninsula PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Building INSPIRATION: This project is inspired by the concept Consistent, nowadays, most of residential building facade is complicated and messy, we would like to create a contemporary style and apply a consistent element but not limited to same material for this project. The facade won't be complicated but the taste and style will be reflected from the details of the design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contemporary design applied for architecture, landscape and interior. Especially, Landscape combined with Asian style and focusing on the details which is well match with Zhuhai site contour and special. The type of plant, sculpture, outdoor furniture is used a modern Asian style in order to match the contemporary style. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Zhuhai is core of the west coast of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, Greater Bay Area, the property location with a high value and government provided many facilities for this area, including China high speed railway station, tunnel and highway to HK, Macau and other city. And this area is close to the most famous commercial building, convention and exhibition center and numerous of 5-star hotels. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project design started from September 2021 and scheduled to be completed in March 2024. The project location is in, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, China |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We only apply 2 tone material for the façade design, first is a warm grey marble with rough and smooth texture and the second one is antique bronze aluminum panel for façade deco and window frame. The contrast of these two colors can create a different possibility and well present the contemporary style for this project. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: To provide a low density residential and top landscape design for this 230,000sq m area. The concept of landscape is neighbor of flower, to use many Asian plant and tree, create an environment have a beautiful flower in 4 seasons with a quality of life and provide the environment seems like vacation when we are going back home. TAGS: Hengqin, Zhuhai, Architecture, Residential, Living, High-end, Majestic, Huafa, Interior design, Luxury RESEARCH ABSTRACT: By using both the contemporary modern design language and design method of spatial narrative. The natural landscape and cultural implications of the city become one and work together to evoke people the meaning of quality of life. CHALLENGE: Most of the challenge for this project is need to use 2 color tone to complete all the design work, we trial much combination with color, texture and finishes and find out the result which is applied in to architecture and interior space.
