I'm truly impressed by Hernani Ruhland Tralli's award-winning work, Holzwolf, which is an amazing example of good design. The natural wood from sustainable forestry and organic farming, combined with the steel blue semicircle of the face, evoke the beautiful and deep European lakes surrounded by stylish pine trees. What I find most impressive, however, is that the design was truly inspired by the European landscapes, and the research behind the product was thorough and detailed. The handcrafted work with wood and the research done with different textures and various types of wood, as well as distinct types of leather and metals according to adequate colors, all come together to create a unique, yet subtle look. This design is a true testament to the creativity and dedication of Hernani Ruhland Tralli, and is a fantastic example of good design in action.
