| DESIGN NAME: Original Tea Capsule PRIMARY FUNCTION: Packaging INSPIRATION: Its overall design simulates the shape of leaves and their veins. Each package color is related to a kind of tea leaves. The invisible dot matrix on the package seal can help CTEAO Tea Machine quickly recognize different tea packages. The interior patented structure can realize tea diversion and extraction for many times, delivering well-made and high-class tea to users. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The capsule tea packaging is specially designed for CTEAO Tea Machine. Thanks to its inner design, users can take more smooth and flowery tea. The capsule tea packaging stands out from other traditional tea packages and is easier to use. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Open the tea machine cover and put the tea capsule in. The tea machine can recognize different tea leaves through the dot matrix design at the top of the packaging. The spraying head cover divides the water into four channels so that the tea leaves can be fully sprayed and infiltrated. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The capsule uses invisible dot matrix recognition technology, which can identify varied tea packages and select the most suitable tea-making plan. The package can well protect and preserve inner tea leaves via nitrogen-filled packaging The package applies the aluminum sealing film at the bottom and top. By adapting its material-pressing force and times according to various types of tea leaves, the self-developed multi-head weighers can precisely put tea leaves into package without damaging. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 82 mm x 54 mm x 28 mm TAGS: - RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This product covers 6 major tea categories in China, with a selection of 12 world-renowned Chinese teas. They are Jin Jun Mei tea, Kung Fu black tea, Long Jing tea, Bi Luo Chun tea, Huangshan Mao Feng tea, Da Hong Pao tea, Iron Guanyin tea, White Peony tea, Pu Er tea, Jasmine tea, Lao Shou Mei tea. We are devoted to providing a high-quality lifestyle for them, making it easy for more people to taste the health and flavor of Chinese tea. CHALLENGE: The key challenge is to make the tea leaves fully soaked. Hence, the internal design applies the head cover so that water spouts can reach to the interior packaging and fully soak tea leaves. Also, the pressurized extraction structure can press and extract internal tea leaves for many times, which can allow users to enjoy high-class tea.
