| DESIGN NAME: Xinguang E-Sports Animation Island PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The east side of the project is close to the Huaguo Mountain Scenic Area of Lianyungang, and the north end has the open lake view of Xinghai Lake Park and the architectural complex integrating into the mountain. Source of inspiration: design concept extraction from Zhang Jiuling's "Looking at Lushan Waterfall Spring in Lake Estuary". UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will be built into a creative office group combining game production and animation research and development. According to its main body, connect other sections; Integrate animation, e-sports, technology and other industries upstream and downstream, combined with planning customer experience end, improve supporting space, with sharing, creativity, green, water curtain, lake view as the main axis of experience to do architectural planning. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: "Electronic sports and animation" as the main industry of the office complex. Including "science and technology enterprise section", "e-sports culture section", "parent-child animation section", "business services section". In terms of business format strategy, an animation e-sports enterprise is introduced as the starting engine of the industry. The project will be built into a creative office group combining game production and animation research and development. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was designed in Lianyungang, China in May 2020, the design was completed in July 2020, and it will open in Lianyungang, China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Paying tribute to the image of Huaguo Mountain by the stacked and retracted board buildings. Use public platforms, green stairs and slow walking paths to create different routes to work. The vertical greenery of the planning and climbing at random echoes with the environment. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is located in the new urban area of Lianyungang with convenient transportation around it. The site area is 48925 square meters, and the planned one is 125300 square meters. TAGS: Office, E-Sports, Animation, sharing, creativity, green, water, Lake, Mountain, square RESEARCH ABSTRACT: At the beginning of the volume plan, the floor planning is fixed as west high, east low, south high and north low, and the shape is refined in the way of cascading and retiring. In this way, in addition to paying tribute to the mountain image of Huaguo Mountain with its hilly atmosphere, the mountain and lake views can be shared to the greatest extent. CHALLENGE: Four open Spaces are set up on the first and second floors of the building group: Meng dimensional square, Chaoren animation square, League of Legends square and Star Square; In addition, a nearly 200-wide east-west landscape pool echoes the Xinghai Lake. The office group has set up a "life sharing platform" in the air green corridor on the third floor, which not only provides the space for staying and resting, but also guides the users to different "green stairs" and encourages the users to use these shared paths combined with the greening. From the square to the vertical space, from the broad water area to the garden path, the multi-green space is created, forming an experience like wandering in the Huaguo Mountain.
