| DESIGN NAME: Yimeng Girl PRIMARY FUNCTION: Art Center INSPIRATION: Fairies dance in the colorful forest. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the design of the art center, we wanted to create a colorful forest for the children to dance like fairies and feel the joy of learning and growing. The "new" fairy tale world under the folding arcade brings you to explore an unknown "world". Some say it's a fairytale castle; Some say it's an amusement park; Others call it a labyrinth kaleidoscope. There are grasslands, mountains, caves, flowers, and most of all, a warm embrace that gives them nature, authenticity and adventure. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Rational division of space, color analysis and use, the use of environmentally friendly materials, while taking into account the use habits of teenagers. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2021 and completed in July 2021. In September 2021, it was awarded the most creative design award of the Huading Awards of the Chinese building and Decoration Association. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Plastic wall cloth，Plastic floor，The Great Wall board SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1000㎡ TAGS: Art, education, culture, children, cute, art space RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project is located in Linyi, a third-tier city in China with a population of ten million. Nowadays, great importance is attached to children's education as the material is soaring. The art center is a place for children's extracurricular interests, where children can fully experience the joy of art space. Create a colorful forest fairy tale theme space, so that children can walk through the corridor and enter their world. CHALLENGE: The original space is long and narrow, and there is no good open space, so it needs to carry out in-depth design on the moving line. Great attempts were made in spatial layout and color application, and a reasonable and comfortable space was finally formed.
