| DESIGN NAME: Kaisa Clouds by the River PRIMARY FUNCTION: Real Estate Sales Center INSPIRATION: KAISA's "Jia Jia" is not only the brand IP image, but also the soul of the space. It promotes the development of the story, leads the viewers' attention, and connects the scene changes of the overall vision. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a sales center with the theme of parent-child activities, the designer tries to present the sales space from the perspective of children.Orange and white are the main colors of the space, which are bright and cloudy scenery. The redundant colors and decorations are deleted to make people feel lively and relaxed parent-child environment. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Consider the needs of adults and children in a balanced way, and keep the space interesting while pursuing comfort.The introduction of amusement facilities allows children to fully experience exploration, soft furniture modeling and materials, for children to create a safe and comfortable range of activities.
