PRIMARY FUNCTION: Electromobile
INSPIRATION: Along with the advancement of urbanization, the urban population density and per capita car ownership are both increasing. Profiting from the low congestion risk and green environmental protection, electric vehicles gradually become the main choice of urban commuting for young people. E390 is promoted for trendy travelling, as young people tend to pursue stylish appearance and multiple functions of electric motorbikes.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: E390 is an aesthetically pleasing electric motorbike which satisfies the trendy travelling for young people. The joint of molded pieces without exposed screws is conducive to its lightness and delicacy. Its integrated large screen panel and hydraulic front&rear forks provide comfortable driving experience for users. Also, its opposed twin cylinder front disc brakes ensures safety when driving.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In order to ensure comfortable driving experience, E390 adopts front and rear hydraulic forks and an integrated large screen panel, which clearly displays a wide range of information, such as riding, battery, range, faults, gears and steering. The highly sensitive braking system benefiting from its opposed twin cylinder front disc brakes, ensures driving safety.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project planning of Xiao Ai E390 was started in November 2020 at Tianjin Emma North Research And Development Center

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The joint structure of molded pieces without exposed screws coordinates with the styling of aluminum alloy luggage carrier and the side support, and the design of integrated rear lights, which endows the light and flexible texture. It also realizes additional functions such as various assembly of the rear luggage carrier, the rear back rest, the rear feet rest and the front luggage basket, and placement of briefcases and shopping bags.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: E390 is not only ingenious in its appearance but also in its personalized modular customization, which allows diversified assembly of components. It shows high cost performance with its small size, makes up for the shortcomings of similar products and occupies a place in market of electric motorbikes.
CHALLENGE: The biggest difficulty encountered in the development process of this work is the integrated control and grasp of the whole car function, such as no screw leakage appearance, cell phone and electric motorbike positioning matching, power accurate display, etc., coupled with the tight schedule of the market, so the structural design, electrical development, supplier matching, market delivery time, product quality and other unprecedented challenges.
