DESIGN NAME: Huddle
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Meeting Room Display Interface
INSPIRATION: Vestel Huddle display interface is aimed to create solutions for today’s physical meeting room problems while designing future’s interactive office ecosystem. When time is getting more important, Interface’s design language that provides directing users to take quick and accurate actions is an investment into the future. Its ability to synchronize with other programs and receive updates, allows flexibility to the user and creates a timeless, long-lasting and durable design for diverse needs.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Vestel Huddle meets the necessary needs of the users by organizing pre-meeting, during meeting and post-meeting activities and gathering all the contents together. While meeting room solutions on the market are only product-oriented, Vestel Huddle is solution-oriented and assumes a task organizing role for corporate companies by consisting various product & app functions. The focus enhancer interface design that plans meeting flow processes allows users to save time with creative point of view.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: While Vestel Huddle is being designed, functionality is considered as a main objective of meeting process’ communication language. In order to create this language, research insights were categorized by examining the device and user interaction. Design decisions ease meeting, note taking, sharing, presenting, brainstorming and collaborating tasks which used to enhance user focus, correct user experience, improve the value of design and prepare an optimal practice for alternative scenarios.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2020 in Manisa and it is still in development.

Product visuals are prepared as a conceptual design. While interface software is ready to mass production, the huddle device is on the prototype stage.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Interface was designed under the knowledge of anthropometrics, kinesthetics, and noncognitive human capabilities for making a product in an optimal way. With Vestel UX Group’s researches the most appropriate design decisions were analyzed. Insight based solutions such as giving frequently used categories in shortcuts, login flows on the security page and displaying meeting calendar with card structure, used for creating the best user experience and identifying comprehensive consumer community.
CHALLENGE: Vestel Huddle’s usage scenarios are designed to ease meeting experience. Interface is formed with Glassmorphism design style which builds multilayered approach while maintaining layout structure and readability contents despite the background decoration. Wireframe construction simplifies decision-making experience and enhances product lifetime by creating eclectic, understandable diagrams. Its up-to-date design structure provides user to explore display’s potential under different circumstances.
