| DESIGN NAME: The True Knight Gaute PRIMARY FUNCTION: Commercial Space INSPIRATION: Gaute Bespoke stands in the alleys of a residential area, and the exterior of the building is composed of pebble stone and cement finish to be low key. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The space surpasses the stereotype of the bespoke and tailor store of the classical British gentleman visually and creates a vibe of curated modern elements instead. However, it still reveals the elegance of the traditional craftsmanship. The space as a whole possesses simplicity at the same time brings out the perceptions of contrast mixing contemporary and classic, as a result, creating a phenomenal impact visually, which is the main axis of space design of TAICHUNG GAUTE BESPOKE. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The lines of the interior space echo the themes such as division, contrast, and continuity, which creates a visual balance that echoes each other but does not conflict. It completely breaks away from the idea of the traditional space of suits store to creates a concept store of bespoke tailored suit. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: he strong-colored modern painting installed at the entrance introduces a minimalist vibe and forms a focal point that welcomes its customers. The semi-finished suit as a primary visual at the brand spirit showcase area tells the story of the space. On the dummy, the suit collaged with two different fabrics shows bespoke techniques such as sewing and tailoring. It corresponds to the centerline with great contrast at the back of the showcase area and tells the story of the space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is 121.5 square meter. TAGS: Commercial, Shop, Interior Design, Space, Tailor RESEARCH ABSTRACT: At the rear, the transparent showcase provides a view of the tailor's studio, where one can see the customized pattern making and cutting process from outside, hence, it gives an excellent picture for both sides of the showcase. Starting from the selection of fabrics and accessories and the precise measuring and handling of fitting samples, etc., you will undoubtedly experience a unique process of creation of a bespoke suit and eventually understand the details of the bespoke craftsmanship. CHALLENGE: The designer created a spatial story of a detailed narrative of an innovative thinking that GAUTE wants to express, hoping to break away from the stereotype of Ready-to-Wear suits and the traditional style of outfits. From the fabric, the layout, the fashion, the trend, the furniture, the display, to the space material, there is a corresponding continuation in the narrative essence of the space.
