| DESIGN NAME: Lattice Chair PRIMARY FUNCTION: Weaving Armchair INSPIRATION: Inspired by the waterfall, the back and armrests of the chair flow downward in a beautiful lattice pattern, symbolizing the fusion of wood and bamboo, and the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures. Combining the flexibility of bamboo and the strength of wood to form the perfect chair. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The word “Lattice” means lines intertwined with, and intersecting, each other horizontally and vertically.Combines bamboo craft into woodcraft via weaving bamboos and bent woods together. By preserving and integrating the flexibility of bamboos and the firmness of wood, so weight of the chair is only 4 kg, but it can withstand more than 120 kg of weight. Single-sided armrest design allows users to sit in a variety of ways, more free and flexible, and the lighter weight allows the elderly and children to move around more easily. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Single-sided armrest design allows users to sit in a variety of ways, more free and flexible,and unlike ordinary solid wood seats, the woven elasticity makes sitting more comfortable, and the lighter weight allows the elderly and children to move around more easily.
