| DESIGN NAME: HTE061 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Outdoor Portable Power Supply INSPIRATION: The design is inspired by the letter "C", so that its front is a double C shape. The product has passed 6 categories of test items, 9 quality test procedures, and complies with UL safety testing standards, coupled with the self-developed BMS battery management system and automatic testing equipment to ensure user safety. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HTE061 is a portable outdoor power supply. One single unit has 1800w power and 1500wh capacity, which only one power supply is enough for outdoor travel use. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: One single machine can be connected with other units infinitely, which is suitable for various scenes such as outing, outdoor work, etc. It is equipped with a high-definition LCD screen and supports solar charging, mains charging, and vehicle charging. Sinusoidal current output is able to protect electrical appliances effectively. It adopts six safety protections and intelligent temperature control to dissipate heat, coupled with the independent switch of output and rubber dust plug, which is safer and more convenient to use. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2020 in Shenzhen and will finish in March 2021 in Shenzhen. |

CHALLENGE: Main challenges: 1, heat dissipation, wind noise, temperature control of inverter 2, Drop reliability 1, We use the intelligent temperature control system to automatically adjust the fan speed, and guiding by the heat dissipation principle of conduction, dissipation and flow, we optimize the layout of the heat sink aluminum sheet, air ducts and other structures to form a cycle, reducing noise and improving heat conduction efficiency. 2. The machine’s self-tapping screws are changed to in-mold injection copper nuts, and the machine is assembled and fastened with screws to solve the problem of drop reliability.
