INSPIRATION:
Laser welding has high efficiency and is easy to realize automated production. After continuously improving the welding process and limiting the thermal influence in the forming process, more and more applications are used in actual production. Laser welding with industrial robots is gradually becoming the main force of the automated power battery module production line.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The function of this system is to weld independent lithium batteries into power battery packs. The reasonable selection of welding methods and processes will directly affect the cost, quality, safety and consistency of the battery. The laser welding system uses the excellent directivity and high power density of the laser beam, assisted by the manipulator, to melt the welded object in a very short time and form firm solder joints and welds, improving consistency, reliability and productivity.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The laser welding system uses the excellent directivity and high power density of the laser beam to work. With the assistance of the manipulator, the optical system focuses the laser beam in a small area to form an energy in the welded area in a very short time. Highly concentrated heat source area, so that the welded object melts and forms a firm solder joint and weld seam.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Laser welding is an efficient and precise welding method that uses a high-energy density laser beam as a heat source. That is, the surface of the workpiece is heated by laser radiation, and the surface heat is diffused to the inside through heat conduction. By controlling the width, energy, peak power and repetition frequency of the laser pulse, etc. Parameters to melt the workpiece.
