| DESIGN NAME: Vanke Metropolis PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: Known as "a state of cultural relics, a land of fish and rice, and a country of waters", Shaoxing is well-known for its rich cultural landscape, beautiful scenery of water villages and attractive customs. Now, Jinghu is gradually developing into the new center of Shaoxing, and the Jinghu era is booming. This case will engrave a new generation of metropolis classics in the advancement of the times and create a classical art sales space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is divided into two plots, A and B, which are located in the core area of Jinghu Lake and are close to the government affairs, business, cultural and sports resources around the municipal government. Regarding the style of urban style, how to achieve a new height of local classicism interior design is the core of the design of this case. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The models are compared, hoping to get the best way not to cross the streamlines, and also to get the best scale of the entire space. Finally, the space is sorted according to the process, ensuring the privacy of the owner's visit. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The designer used the elements of the classical dome on the entire top surface, and the highest part in the middle was made into a skylight glass roof with a diameter of 2 meters. Light would be introduced from here and injected into the space. , The sand table is integrated with it. At this time, the path of the space begins to form a dramatic loop. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 1550 square meters. CHALLENGE: The first party in this case is short of time. The framework of the entire building is a single-sided moving line. How to solve the problem of a smooth visit of the customer's moving line without repeating the flow line has become the core of this case.
