RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The research was, briefly, based on why people are tattooing each time more.
And as the tattoo culture is growing worldwide, it have never being used in the decoration field.
The second part of the research was about a certain style of drawning that would value the piece, but without diverging from the core of tattooing.
Finally, the third part of the research was about which materials to use, field of production, logistic, etc.
CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge was to choose the right material to use it. Especially the thickness of the leather, which couldn’t be too thin or it would not support the needles piercing through it without cutting it completely.
The kind of leather and type of needle we had to use it were also a challenge to discover.
The ink to be utilized to not react with the resin cover.
Last but not least, the concern about a way to ship the piece, occupying less space possible to be sustainable.
