| DESIGN NAME: Wang Museum PRIMARY FUNCTION: Memorial Hall INSPIRATION: The architectural concept starts from the characteristics of Wang's literary work and the cultural characteristics of his hometown. It shows the traditional Chinese concept of architecture and space. Lighting design continues and strengthens the architectural concept. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The building complex was built to commemorate the famous contemporary Chinese writer, whose name is Wang Zengqi, and is located in his hometown. It is aiming to create a reproduction of the hometown light environment described by Wang, create a bright and gentle lighting atmosphere, make an elegant dark environment with a strong flavor of rural life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The interior lighting design pays attention to the illumination of the wall to enhance the perception of the indoor light environment in the outdoor space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The illumination color temperature adopts a differentiated design to find a balance between the iconicity of the hall and the integrity of the traditional historical district. The 3000K color temperature is well integrated into the surrounding historical district environment. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 9487 square meters. The lighting design shapes the natural continuation of light from the interior to exterior. CHALLENGE: To achieve high-quality lighting details, the lamps installed on concrete buildings need to reserve lamp slots and pipelines in advance, so that the integrated design of the building and luminaires can be realized.
