| DESIGN NAME: Z1 Pro PRIMARY FUNCTION: Smart Box INSPIRATION: Inspired by periscopes for the shape, AI Stream Box conveys a design concept of simplicity. To fitting into the home environment naturally, the product applies rounded corners on the front to occupy smaller area while creating a compact structure. Wireless Microphone Array features a compact and simple appearance. Its bottom is designed to be concave, and the holes of the wireless microphone are hidden inside the top cover, which lends a scientific touch of suspension visually. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a modern video and entertainment terminal set, Z1 Pro Smart Box is able to clearly capture images without trails at 1080P 60FPS with its 100-degree wide-angle 4-mega-pixel HD camera. The powerful built-in AI chip and the 5T AI neuron network algorithm not only allows for timely and accurate feedback, but also features functions that are unattainable for set-top boxes, including somatosensory games, AI fitness and video conference. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Its built-in high-fidelity Wireless Microphone Array has an original noise reduction algorithm, which can easily cope with various ambient noises. Moreover, thanks to the acoustic algorithm for far-field interaction, the high-fidelity sound capture can be achieved even at distance of 5 meters accurately, and sounds can be easily restored in long-distance video calls. Equipped with gesture and voice control, Z1 pro lowers the threshold for the elderly and children to master its usage. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in June 2020 in Hangzhou, China and ended in January 2021, and it was officially launched in February 2021 on e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Taobao and Suning. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The AI Stream Box of Z1 Pro is molded into a one-piece frame with matte frosted texture and CD pattern embellishments on both sides. The bottom holder module of the AI Stream Box is made of alloy, and the special zero-fan heat dissipation structure ensures a lower noise while not hindering the long-time operation of the host. Z1 pro emerged amid the need to reduce the waste of resources and to allow such people to experience a modern entertainment life. CHALLENGE: Z1 Pro adopts a special adaptive echo cancellation algorithm, which is different from that used in most video conferencing and call terminal devices on the market. In addition to reproducing sounds by connecting to the TV via HDMI, it independently fits into the delay of most mainstream TVs for echo cancellation to eliminate the shortcomings of narrow radio range and a relatively small maximum loudspeaker volume, greatly improving the calling experience and interaction capabilities for users.
