| DESIGN NAME: Mocha PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space INSPIRATION: With a deep understanding of ones desire for a home space, the designer can always create a home for the owner with a gentle touch. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project takes a simple coffee shop as the main design, blends the cozy blues-lifestyle, interprets and plans from a new perspective, and the coffee shop-themed space design blends from the leisure lifestyle with the embedding of humanities and arts, and the philosophy of life is in layers intertwining, it leads to fashion taste and homey atmosphere, and builds a unique style of home mansion with a sense of gentleness and elegance. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Finding the purest refuge for life, listening to what the heart really needs is the practice and freedom of life, re-insight into the essence and art of life from the aesthetics of subtraction, like a house, using simple chain-washing design techniques to achieve the spirit of simplicity. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The public domain is formed by the living room and the coffee work bar. The layout of the same axis makes the space smooth and more spacious. As a coffee lover, he can be transformed into a coffee master at home, making a cup of coffee and enjoying a moment of tranquility. The TV wall and the ceiling above use the lines to connect the XYZ axis, making the space extremely interesting and fresh. The sofa backwall is designed with ample storage cabinets to meet the storage needs of the homeowner. The master bedroom is laid out in blue color tones, and interlaced shades enhance the level. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is 104.2 square meter.
