RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This was a commissioned project. RingCentral came directly to NotReal. They needed to create a series of videos with a renewed, fresh and contemporary style, showing their product as high-end.
The first research was to find general visual references of the mood, layouts, materials, lighting and storytelling (which was decided to communicate the main concepts through visual representations of them and supported with text overlays).
CHALLENGE: In 2020 all the world faced new challenges and a paradigm change in the way people work and interact with their teammates.
Virtual communication tools became heroes in the everyday routine.
Work can find us anywhere, anytime.
The challenge was to communicate the user's point of view, the app itself and its features, and some general concepts about making every day easier and smarter with the use of this app.
The user was represented subjectively through hyper-realistic environments.
The product, through the app's interface.
The concepts, through more abstract scenes.
