INSPIRATION:
Kopuklu is a set of Turkish Coffee Machines offering different flavors , foam and cup size settings by defining different cooking times and cooking styles. Thanks to the heat sensor and the algorithm, it can determine the rate of increase in the temperature of the liquid inside with a precision of 0.15 ° C , understand how much water is put into it, and ensure the desired taste and foam even in a single cup in all models.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
It is an automatic Turkish coffee machine that senses the temperature of the liquid with the heat sensor placed on the base and provides automatic shut down when it is cooked . Offers users the opportunity to cook coffee at different taste and foam levels by measuring the temperature continuously with this heat sensor and controlling the resistance depending on the unique algorithm it contains. Comes with a luxurious control panel and ergonomic 3 spout coffee pot which is completely washable thanks to the specially designed 5 pole sealed connector.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
All you have to do is make sure that the water tank is full of water, put coffee in the coffee pot and click on the top panel. When the brewing point is reached and the coffee is ready, a pleasant melody will be heard and the machine will turn off automatically.The illuminated top selection panel can be adjusted by rotating the ring around which gives the user a sophisticated feeling.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
In order to overcome the technical difficulties caused by the washable coffee pot , the universal component that transmits electricity and NTC info, is designed specifically for this product that can pass safety tests.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The product size :15x25x22 cm .The sensor, which detects the temperature of the liquid, continuously measures with a precision of 0.15 ° C and instantly communicates with the electronic circuit on the main body. Depending on the algorithm, the power of the resistance is regulated and when the coffee reaches the brewing point, the coffee machine automatically switches off without overflowing the foam. With this communication method, it is possible to control the base of the heater with the software on the main board and to cook coffee with different flavors and foam settings by defining different cooking styles.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Kopuklu differs from other products with its multiple taste and foam setting options.In order to determine these taste levels, blind tasting tests were carried out many times at each stage of the project with hundreds of participants ,including all the competing brands in the market.
At every stage from the first prototype products to the first trial production, the product was produced and distributed to the homes and user surveys were conducted. According to the results of this survey, the product has been shaped and taken its final form.
CHALLENGE:
Unlike other coffees in the world, Turkish coffee is consumed with its grounds. It foams and overflows very quickly when overcooked. When cooked less, uncooked grounds taste leaves a bad taste in the mouth. By measuring the rate of increase in the temperature of the liquid inside, the amount of the liquid can be measured, the resistance is adjusted according to the algorithm . To ensure the perfect taste result in every cup without overflowing was the hardest part of the design activity.
