| DESIGN NAME: Bu Er PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: As the generation after 1990s, the owner is a person of both the rigorous logic of science and the romance of literary, so his demand for quality of life exceeds the survival level. Compared to cramming living space, the owner prefer to eliminate the sense of connection in each space, which breaks through the inherent imprison and the bondage of house type. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Based on the characteristics of the project, designers expanded its original tension with a simple large-surface approach, abandoned the traditional decoration, and filled it with necessary functions to naturally form the spatial modeling. In terms of modeling, they focused on the function of space and design according to the structure. The designers didn't emphasize unnecessary symmetry but used the concept of interior architecture to grasp the counterpoint relationship of space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Through the flower art cohesion, the use of concrete color and art of abstract geometric were adopted to make the whole environment more exquisite and harmonious. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Differentiated materials were used to match each other, so as to make the overall temperament of the space elegant and simple. The smooth texture of the marble background wall and the disordered texture of the cement were combined with the irregularly divided large area of wood veneer, which highlighted the fusion of the space aura in contrast with the soft fabric sofa. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 140 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Residential House, Modern, Simple, Pure, Duplex, Fashion, Comfortable RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In addition, considering that the owner is accustomed to the duplex living environment, the staircase is an important reason for his choice of duplex residence and at the same time it is also the core node of the case. In view of the use experience of the space such as stair, passage, entryway, guest room, designers did not fill stair blindly into an entity, but combined the demand of dimensional function and took use of the higher bottom space through computation. CHALLENGE: Due to its location in the center of the building, the structural pattern of the building is regular, but the modifiability of the building itself is limited. NAME: Suzhou Yurenjiangzuo Interior Design PROFILE: Suzhou Yurenjiangzuo Interior Design was established in 2015. In the Tarot card, Fool is a very special card. Weite said that fools are souls who seek experience and represent infinite possibilities. Combined with the incomprehensible meaning of the word "elm", just as the founder of the company understood the road of design, he felt that design itself was a long road to search, and he was a fool on this road, representing the unremitting and persistent pursuit of it . And his design itself, he does not want to call it art, art is subjective, it is a culture that entrusts the author's emotions, and the design is based on space, crafts, and services, not only our subjective feelings, but also the owner's emotions. , Experience, and family, he hopes to call it a craftsman. It is a work that reflects the value of residence for customers with the heart of a craftsman. Therefore, he named his personal design brand "Yurenjiangzuo". |
