DESIGN NAME: Nght
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Architecture Photography
INSPIRATION: I am a passionate graphic designer and self-taught architecture photographer. Exploring geometry in architecture is really exciting to me. My work combines art and photography and lets people dive into a different world. I give the buildings a surreal touch in my retouching process.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A series about the beauty of sunsets, moonrises, and reflections.
Glas facades are really fascinating to me. The same building, yet different each time you look at it. Each appearance is unique, especially when the sun is setting, some buildings look incredible such as they were on fire.
Featured cities: Berlin and London
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A series of minimal architecture photography that can work as an exhibition in a gallery. All images are available as A4, A3 and A2 prints on high-quality stock (paper) in my online store and ready to frame.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Started taking photos in January 2020 in Berlin and London (during sunsets). Finished editing in March 2020, posted on Behance (feat. in Architecture Photography).

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I wanted to give myself a challenge with sunset photography since it is quite tricky to catch the right light and reflection. It doesn’t last long and every day looks slightly different.
CHALLENGE: The most challenging part of my work is always the perspective. Angles, pattern, and lines change when one changes the point of view, a good and interesting angle let every building look striking, as well as the time of the day makes a significant difference in the reflection of the glass facades.
