INSPIRATION: The project fuses regional elements with modern style to create a simplistic living space combined with a luxury lifestyle. It pays more attention to the quality and comfort of modern life.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Simple lines and geometric figures create a unique complex space, where visitors can feel the femininity of urban white-collar ladies against the rational colors of the North China. The design also focuses on the spatial requirements from male and female occupants respectively. The open guest dining room is built to separate Chinese and Western kitchens, available for occupants to enjoy high quality daily life.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Natural ambience and modern space realize a combination of simplicity and comfort, creating a lifestyle that modern elites look forward to. The space and people living in it are influenced by the humanistic aesthetics. Different themed spaces better satisfy people's various requirements.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2020 and finished in July 2020 in Shenyang, China.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project fuses regional elements with modern style to create a simplistic living space combined with a luxury lifestyle. It pays more attention to the quality and comfort of modern life.
The designers added gentle elements into the spatial design in order to weaken the serious ambience of rational space and meet different needs of male and female hosts.
CHALLENGE: How to utilize different zones to build reasonable and surprising functional spaces in a common space type is one of the challenges. And how to introduce regional cultural elements into the design while creating a quality modern living space is another challenge.
