| DESIGN NAME: Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential INSPIRATION: Owned by a young couple, the interior design scheme adopted in this sophisticated apartment has cleverly enhanced the sense of spaciousness within, far belying a diminutive floor plan that comes in at just under than 800 square feet. Having approached designer Stephen Yuen and the team from Olezo Design Limited, they expressed an interest in transforming the property to create more room, introducing a cool and contemporary style that suits their busy city life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The owners also had a specific idea in mind when it came to the interior design scheme, opting for a darker colour palette that Yuen adapted to prevent the property from feeling dowdy and crowded, making it perfect for modern day life.
