House

INSPIRATION:
I live in the hot weather city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This design was a proposal for my family home, my thoughts were inspired by our need for open spaces and the love of nature. Especially as we are home lovers, I've created various angles of structure to give us a more spacious and unique look. The key concept was to attach interior spaces to the exterior elements of landscaping. The cool and calming feeling of how green areas, trees, and water fall all over the house affects our senses.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The key principle of this family house design is how to combine architectural elements with landscape features. Creating an open space that gives a feeling of living in nature, surrounded by green areas full of plants, bodies of water and a vast link between inside and outside. Each floor has its own architectural block that complements each other with a single framework in different angles.The most unusual aspect of this house is the rotating first floor and each level has its own garden and terrace.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Its a home , a living place for family. gap areas and also the quantity of inexperienced areas with water falls and plants , provides a really cozy, quiet and comfy expertise living in there.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
This project is a proposal design not implemented yet , located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. concept studying started in 2019 and finished all design aspects of project in 2020.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The materials used in this design are: simple white, dark gray paints on the walls and edges for the ground and the 2nd floor, the 1st floor was covered with black gray concrete stone in a specific pattern distribution and a touch of wood on the lower part. To reduce boredom, the building structure was created to give a multi-functional unity with different angles.

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
This house property is a 600 square meter , a width and length of 30*20m land area.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Research regarding however landscape and open spaces will have an effect on completely to individuals. During this pandemic covid-19 and quarantine period , i spotted a lot of the necessary parts lost in most homes corresponding to gardens, massive windows, pools and open areas. Connecting exterior and interior together will increase the sensation of joy,coziness and restful sense. Making a diversity of places in one place to cut back tedium in such situations.

CHALLENGE:
The main challenge and most of the obstacles were to design and create a unique, different design concept for houses, especially I am not a Grade Architect, I am an interior designer with a talent and passion in the field of architecture. So I took online and face-to - face courses to achieve this level of creativity and thought. Reading design books and looking at different styles of structures, buildings and houses in every detail has increased my knowledge.
