PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center
INSPIRATION: Give consideration to traditional culture and modern fashion design. Combined with the needs of The Times, it makes possible everything from the mechanical aesthetics of the Empire State Building with its rich lines and contours to the penetration of the fashion world and becoming a fashion icon.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located in chengdu's main commercial center, the project USES striking modern architectural design to enhance the influence of this global brand. The overall planning is to serve the community with commercial services. 2 apartments + residential buildings are planned. Taking "experiential service" as the core theme, it presents and interacts with the future life style.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Through the selection of art Nouveau movement designers and the "modernization" of elements extracted from certain Rococo styles (such as fire and shell textures), in place of historical and high Victorian radical structures or realistic naturalistic decorations. Art Nouveau advocated the use of highly programmed natural elements as inspiration for creation and resources to expand "natural" elements.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in October, 2019.
