PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center
INSPIRATION: Nanjing was known as Jinling in ancient times, it was the capital of six dynasties, and it is the thriving and prosperous capital of the Republic ofChina in modern times. Today it has become a modern city of diversification and tolerance. Nanjing's profound historical and cultural heritage and the unique Jiangnan residential architecture have provided a source of inspiration for this design.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The theme of the interior design of the sales center is "Four Waters Returning to the Hall"-the rainwater measuring the slope on the roof flows from all sides into the patio, which means that the water gathers the heart of heaven and inherits the philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man. Refining and optimizing with rational thinking, expressing oriental wisdom with modern techniques, and using the sequential technique of the roofs of Jiangnan houses to create an experience with traditional memories.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Space has an aura. The first minute you step into space, the memory point of the first thing that will affect your judgment of the space field. Reality and Liberal, Reality and Charm; Reality and Vulgarity, False Reality and symbiosis, Interesting. The sun shining through the skylight presents a rich light and shadow effect at different times of the day. Light is the emollient of space. The magical power given by nature has created the world in front of us, opened up our perception and filled with upward energy.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in September 2019 and finished in November 2019 in Nanjing, China.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: For the space design expression, many materials are adopted, such as the metal grid with Chinese flavor, glass bricks, matte and smooth stones, the glass curtain wall.
