DESIGN NAME: A Residences
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Apartment
INSPIRATION: Returning to cozy home after a daylong working hour at office. Home owner enjoy staying at home during non-working day. Cafe; Leisure; Home cooking and Spacious is the key point to the house. Design to meet the home owner daily needs and desire lifestyle.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Cabinet with fine groove line to hide the opening and to have the flow with the ceiling strip design. Using green material for the vinyl with wood like flooring give a touch of glamour and warm feeling to the house.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project smartly concealed wire for light in the strip surrounding the ceiling. Hacking away wall between living and a bedroom to enlarge the living and dining space. Apartment come with full height window to bring the greenery view outside into the house. Home owner able to sit at the window, relax, gaming on their laptop, enjoy coffee and enjoy the view.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished on 2017, Located at Singapore.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Wood is timeless element which come with different texture and tone, giving their own character. Adding colour with the punch of blue wall for the relax, clam and productively at the study and dining with cozy white on the furniture contrast which give a neat and positive to the space.
Cove lighting at the beam height, smartly hide the beam in the middle of the living after hacking of the wall. This also create an illusion that make the whole house ceiling look higher.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The Residences is 93 square meter.
