| DESIGN NAME: KitionLuxury Apartment Larnaca PRIMARY FUNCTION: Apartment INSPIRATION: The design idea was inspired by the awe and exploration of the ocean, which is the origin of life, culture and imagination. We think of this building as a mysterious creature coming from the sea, streaming, dynamic, and miraculous, making an interesting contrast to the traditional buildings around the site. White aluminum plate and dark blue glass describe the whole building. stimulating all people's imagination of the sea, such as wave, sail, conch, shell or coral. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: located in Larnaca‘s most prosperous coastal commercial area, with Mediterranean sea views on the east, south and north sides, the building has a total construction area of about 24,000 square meter sand height of 91.9 meters. There are also good service facilities such as fitness club, aerial swimming pool, restaurant and art gallery. Traditional ramp basement is obviously extremely inefficient, and the deep foundation excavation is unacceptable. we consider adopting an intelligent three-dimensional parking system, without setting up ramps and lanes, intelligent three-dimensional parking, and controlling the parking time within 2 minutes. This could be the largest intelligent automatic parking system in Cyprus.
