| DESIGN NAME: Graceful Home PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Apartment INSPIRATION: Family should be a temple of love, joy and laughter. Under the new perspective elucidating the urban life, in the space ambience filled with humanistic art through the relaxed emotion, the philosophy of life exists ubiquitously, thus progressively bringing out the new colors and styles that, in a warm and graceful home, manifest the exclusive charms. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The original house, before redecoration, had one living room, one dining room, one kitchen, and two bedrooms. Due to the inadequate sunlight and the poor air quality in the previous kitchen, the first priority of the design project is to rearrange the public area that has the smooth traffic flow, the improved interactive spaces and the greater sunlight and air quality. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The new home becomes where the novice mom can play with children in a clear space, and she can interact freely with children in the kitchen as well. Home is a space where children can grow up happily. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished on the 24th of August 2019 and locates in Taipei City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In the bright and white space, that the neat recessed ceiling lights, the delicate black geometric embellishments, the safe round furniture and the kids playroom exquisitely create the modern residential aesthetics which is broad, bright, good for sharing with family, clear and warm. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The apartment is 132.2 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Residential, Apartment, Space, Home RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The skillful usage of colors makes colors lead space and makes colors become the excellent medium expressing the emotion of life and the style of space. By means of the reciprocal interaction among the refreshing texture of woods, the soft trim colors, the lighting fixtures and other objects, the elegant colors spawn the warm, comfy and refreshing atmosphere in the house. The open space design and the materials with clear textures reciprocally develop the pleasant ambience of space.
