PRIMARY FUNCTION: Automatic Juicer Machine
INSPIRATION: Inspired by commercial use (restaurants, coffee shop, hotel, small supermarkets), which needs high productivity in an uncomplicated way, increasing the profitability of the business without investing in labor. Therefore, its design reflected robustness and strength, combined with good usability in operation, disassembly and cleaning. The equipment has an easy-to-use panel, which includes a fruit counter, continuous or batch operation, energy saving mode, easy disassembly and full trash indicator.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Its exclusive design allows a friendly experience for a healthier lifestyle, delivering flavor and hygiene. It has a unique system that cuts the fruit vertically and then squeezes the halves by rotary pressure. This means that maximum performance is achieved without squeezing or touching the shell. It is the juicer with the best cost x benefit ratio in the Brazilian market, to meet the needs of commercial establishments, which have demand for juice production in a short period of time.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: the interaction follows this:
1. supply the upper reservoir;
2. turns the product on by pressing the start button;
3. choose the mode (continuous, glass or jar);
4. the product starts to cut and squeeze the oranges automatically;
The natural juice can be poured directly over the glass or jar or can be stored in a larger reservoir. The machine process con be interrupted any time, pressing the emergency button. The removable trash has 7L capacity and a sensor indicates the cleaning time.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project has started in June 2019 and finished in December 2019. All project and development has been made in Brazil.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The manufacturing process uses the following technologies: metal stamping and plastic injection. The product receives in some parts that composes it, the epoxy painting process as well. The materials used are: carbon steel, 304 stainless steel rollers, ABS plastic, nylon, armor-plated bearings and LEDs

The vertical cut system allows maximum profitability with an authentic flavor without touching the fruit. In addition, its various sensors (supply, counter, use and disposal) have made the product the safest on the market, also guaranteeing minimal maintenance.
