| DESIGN NAME: Emperor's Time Machine PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sculpture INSPIRATION: Xi'an W is at the beginning of the great silk road, full of creative art potential, we study through the Tang Dynasty with great enthusiasm and curious. With the vivid culture, we create the unique story of if and tells people a wonderfrul story. This work is inspired by the Emperor's trip mode, we combined the modern idea with it and created this time machine car just let guests feel like the emperor is driving it from Tang Dynasty to our century. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the fictional time, the Emperor of the Tang Dynasty sat on the time machine, curious about it and travel time to the modern century. His car is combined with wheels and jets which is a interesting contemporary art installation. It is like a time machine that dramatically landed in W. The emperor who stepped on the skateboard wondered where he is. Image the pink flowers of the sky are falling around the car. Chinese contemporary artists and international graffiti artists have worked hard together for several months. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This sculpture combined with art and fun, gtuests will attract by its interesting shape, and it is just like a time machine that will make all guests will like to travel back to Tang Dynasty, but with its modern express, guests can not help to take photos, so it could become a hot spot in W hotel. Pepole would love to share this sculpture to their friends. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in the summer of 2017 in Xi'an and finished in August 2018 in Xi'an. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Stainless steel, Graffiti SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: W4140 mm*D2510mm*H3150mm TAGS: Local art, Hotel art, Fun, Attracted RESEARCH ABSTRACT: A wormhole appeared in parallel time and space between Xi’an W and Tang Dynasty. We use artistic imagery built to instantly enter the Tang Dynasty. With hundreds of dancing horses, strolling in Chang’an, listening to music, watching from the distance of the smile of the big Ming Palace’s tail, closely watching the Danfengmen’s peach petals flying. Thus, Xi’an W, it is a beautiful floating sky garden. CHALLENGE: The land of peach blossoms , peach trees, peach blossoms, peaches, and the peach seeds are infinitely transformed. With the contemporary art landscape that will constitutes the architectural space.
