The Pioneer of Design
Young Design Pioneer Awards by IDC – International Design Club, honors up to three designers each year with the “Young Design Pioneer” title. By its traditional meaning, Pioneer is a person, who is among those who first enter or settle a region, thus opening it for occupation and development by others; i.e. a person who is first or among the earliest in any field of inquiry, enterprise, or progress. For IDC, the “Young Design Pioneer” is a pioneer of design, a young creative personality, who explores new meaning, forms and ideas in design and who successfully establishes new ways of thinking in design and arts; creator of new waves of design, an early influencer in the field.Winning the Young Design Pioneer award can help you to build a strong portfolio, establish yourself as a leader in the industry, and gain recognition among your peers: the Design Pioneer Award is incredibly relevant and important for young designers as it can serve as a major stepping stone in their careers. It is an international recognition of their talents and abilities, and can help them to establish themselves as a leading figure in the industry. The Young Design Pioneer can also help young designers to gain exposure and visibility, both within the design community and among potential clients. This can lead to new opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and commissions. Young Design Pioneer can help to establish the designer's credibility and expertise, which can be crucial when competing for new projects or seeking funding for new ventures. Moreover, the A' Design Award is one of the World's largest design competitions and its winners gain immense prestige, recognition and credibility by being recognized by the grand jury panel of the A' Design Awards. Eligibility
The Young Design Pioneer Award is given to up to three young designers each year.  There is an age limit of 40; designers over 40 years of age are not eligible for this award. The Design Pioneer should be: 1. A designer who comes up with unique designs and creations inspiring others. 2. A creative who embeds multi-disciplinary thinking to its design methodology; i.e. a person who can combine knowhow of different science fields to come up with new artifacts. 3. A true design enthusiasts, who respects senior designers and cares for younger ones. - It is good to note that the Young Design Pioneer Awards is a free to join program, there are no costs for taking part or winning, nominees are selected among the A' Design Award winners who have "Young" account type. If you are winner of the A' Design Award, and have a "Young" account type, you will be automatically admitted to this program and you will be nominated for this award, free of charge. If you win the Young Design Pioneer Awards, there are no winner fees, no further costs, nothing to pay, and you get all the benefits free of charge.

Application
To apply for the Design Pioneer Awards, designers should: 1. Become a member of the International Design Club (Membership is free of charge, apply here), 2.  Members who wish to apply, should afterwards submit their portfolio link and a Bio / CV (without contact details) to the Jobs & Resumes board of the IDC. The Bio section will also appear in the press release of the award winning designer. Application is free of charge to IDC members.

The Winners’ Package
The winners of the Design Pioneer Awards is given the following: 1. A very unique A3 size document signed by the IDC coordinator, 2. Mention of the "Pioneer of Design" status at a special website. 3. The "Pioneer of Design" Logo. 4. Complimentary Standard Press Release Distribution by PRHOW.

The Winner
The winner will be selected among the nominees by the board members of the International Design Club. Each designer could obtain this title only once in a life-time. The winner will also be announced from the social networking channes and IDC news.
