FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
FC: Clean lines, continuous surface
FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
FC: Total integration of the suction into the induction hob.
FS: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
FC: It is to sell as much as it can.
FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?
FC: Up to 6 months.
FS: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
FC: I thought about it and it was a hit when I showed to the company.
FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
FC: Elica is the only one company that can produce this design.
FS: What made you design this particular type of work?
FC: The induction hob with integrated suction needed an elegant yet minimal product.
FS: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?
FC: There are many, so many that I can't list here.
FS: Who is the target customer for his design?
FC: The high end of market in the induction hob with integrated extraction system segment.
