Delivery of Kits

Important Notice
The Winners’ Kit and Runner-Ups’ kits are provided free of charge to winners and runner-ups respectively. However, if you are unable to attend the gala-night or exhibition, in order to receive the physical items included in the award kit, you must make an order for the delivery of physical components of the kits. The cost is 100, 125 or 150 € per package depending on when you order the kits. The Delivery order is not obligatory, and thus a payment is not mandatory (this is not a due fee for winners or runner-ups, and we do not cancel your award if you do not order your items by post).  There are 3 ways to collect the Physical Components of the Winners’ / Runner-Up’s kit without paying for the delivery: 1. You will receive the Winners’ Kit in the Gala-Night. 2. Winners and Runner-up kits can be collected from the exhibition venue following the Gala-Night. 3. Winners and Runner-Up kits can be picked by hand from our office after exhibition period. In addition, you can send us your own courier to pick up your kits.

How to Order your Items
The system for expedition tracking and shipping of award trophies and winner certificates have been automated. Designers who wish to receive your items by post, are kindly requested to:  1. Confirm their postal address within their control panel, under Other tab, “Postal Address”.  2. Under control panel, from Post-Competition tab, click Expedition, and for each design request “Send by Post”. 3. Pay the “further fee” for shipping costs based on the initial terms and conditions.

Costs
The expedition fee for the physical items in the winners kit (design trophy, hard copy of the certificate) depends on the award period and it costs 100, 125 or 150 € worldwide depending on when the kit is ordered. We would like to remind you that a digital copy of the certificate along with the winners book is available online which you can download freely within your control panel from post-competition tab, in addition all other PR-Services will be provided by us as usual. Shipments will be made through Italian Post.

Time-Period
Physical Components of the Winners' or Runner-Ups' kits should be requested within 1 year of being awarded.
