This page describes the general timeline and process flow for A' Design Award and Competitions. | ||||||||||||||||||
1. Registration: Register your information and open an account. 2. Submission: Submit your designs and projects. You can make a very good submission, if you follow the submission guidelines and the submission optimizer's suggestions. 3. Nomination: Nominate your designs and projects. For nomination periods please see the competition calendar. In steps 2 & 3, your submission and nomination will be evaluated by preliminary jury, sometimes you will receive suggestions to make improvements for the presentation, descriptive text, video and pdf documentation. If your project is rejected, you should make the suggested changes and it will be re-evaluated. If your project is accepted, you can proceed with nomination. To learn more about preliminary checks, click here. 4. Nomination Approval: Your nomination will be approved. 5. Voting and Scoring: Jury members will vote for your projects and designs. 6. Normalization and Ranking: Votes from different jury members will be normalized and a standard score will be calculated. With this standard score, the projects will be ranked. 7. Results Announced to Winners: Results will be announced to winners. 8. Results Announced to Public: Results will be announced to public. 9. Winners will receive winners certificate, and non-winners will receive participation certificate. 10. Winners trophies will be distributed, gala-night will be held, and exhibition will take place.
