• AFC Facilitator introduces everyone.
• Everyone takes their seats at the long table reserved for winners, placing their food orders.
• Winners are personally introduced to each other. A contact paper, requesting Name, Country/City, Profession, and E-Mail address, is circulated. Later, everyone receives an email with the contacts noted by all participants.
• The AFC Facilitator begins personal introductions, engaging each participant in a series of questions such as Who are you?, Where are you from?, and What do you do?
• A call to silence is made during each introduction, ensuring everyone has the chance to be heard.
• Business card exchange is encouraged, creating a physical connection that may facilitate future collaborations.
• The AFC Facilitator proposes collaboration ideas between winners, highlighting the importance of Prime Clubs and World Design Consortium.
• A brief lecture is given on how to utilize A' Design Award Status, Prime Clubs, and WDC to establish authority, gain prestige, and secure clients, customers, and consumers.
• Feedback and inputs of participants are requested to refine the services provided to winners.
• Discussions ensue about World Design Hubs, 40 x 40 Exhibitions, and the organization of A' Design Award events and exhibitions.
• World Design Consortium advertising collateral and marketing material are distributed, based on availability.
• The event concludes with the establishment of many new connections and the empowerment of winners to take full advantage of their A' Design Award.
