The client required a flagship destination and ultimate pampering experience with innovative features inspired by the hospitality industry. In essence, the task was to create the world's first beauty hotel in a busy retail environment. The design concept comes from a strategic understanding of comfort and how to service today's modern woman in an environment that is relaxing yet technologically advanced in the design of multi-tasking furniture and equipment. The final aesthetic is contemporary yet maintains a warm and luxurious appeal while being functional, ergonomic and efficient.

Passion, talent and instinctive design expertise is the major force behind the work she has produced in North America, Latin America, the UK, Asia and presently the Middle East.

Brand Creative was established in 2011 by Carla Conte and Mohammed El Hijazi and has a core team of multi-disciplinary creatives with backgrounds in strategy, architecture, civil engineering, interior design and graphic design. The company specialises in the retail, hospitality and entertainment sectors in the UAE, GCC and internationally, providing unique, creative solutions that create and increase brand awareness. The company’s impressive portfolio of clients includes Burj Al Arab, Four Points Sheraton, Al Khayyat Investments and GMG and Al Mana Fashion Group. The company won an International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Award for Best in Retail in the 2013 Middle East Interior Design Competition and Carla Conte has been named one of the top 50 most influential designers in the region in CID magazine in 2013 and 2014.
