INSPIRATION: Honeywell Aerospace supports pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers, and passengers across the globe. From Commercial enterprises to private operations, these vast customer segments required a flexible solution to conduct business.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design utilizes many personalization principles to distill data into the necessary pieces of information relevant to each user. This provides greater clarity in task completion and user experience. Leveraging a responsive framework, customers can access the website from anywhere in the world, making the possibilities of flight easy.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Trust, Transparency, and Simplicity. The new MyAerospace provides an intuitive channel for aerospace customers to perform the difficult tasks required to keep any size operation running smoothly.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: April 2016 - January 2017. Phoenix, Arizona.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Methodical research was conducted in over 25 different countries to evaluate user needs, understand process pain points, determine opportunities and validate conceptual designs. This research guided our design principles of establishing trust, facilitating understanding, maintaining transparency, and ease of use.
CHALLENGE: The Aerospace industry is a regulated and compliance centric business. Understanding requirements such as aircraft specifications, large data sets, government regulations and simplifying user experience.
