Howard’s Gourmet Beijing, is the restaurant’s first expansion into northern China after Mr. Howard Cai’s first restaurant Howard’s Gourmet Workshop in Guangzhou in 2005. Howard’s Gourmet Beijing is operated by Lai Sun Dining (formerly known as Lai Sun F&B Management). It is a high-end hospitality company that owns, develops, manages and operates a portfolio of illustrious restaurants in the Greater China area. Its’ mother company, the Lai Sun Development Company Limited, is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since1988. It is well diversified and its principal activities include property investment, property development, investment in and operation of hotels and restaurants and investment holding. Since introducing its first Chinese restaurant Island Tang in the heart of the financial hub in Central in 2008, Lai Sun Dining is now operating or managing 18 restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau and the mainland China. The company has the vision of becoming a market leader in the hospitality industry by bringing first class innovative dining concepts to its discerning guests. Each of the restaurants has a unique design with exquisite decor and tasteful details.
